The Next Chapter: Identity, Healing and Growth After Separation or Divorce

AN 8-WEEK ONLINE THERAPY GROUP FOR WOMEN

A space to heal, reconnect and move forward

The end of a marriage or significant relationship can leave you questioning not only your future, but your sense of self. Who are you outside of this relationship? What matters to you now? What do you want the next chapter of your life to look like?

The Next Chapter is an eight-week therapy group designed to help women navigate separation and divorce with greater clarity, intention and support.

Grounded in evidence-informed therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the group combines practical skills, guided reflection and meaningful connection with other women navigating similar transitions.

Weekly, evening sessions will begin late fall / early winter, 2026. Please reach out (below) with any questions or to schedule time for a consult call.

Grief and Acceptance

Making room for difficult emotions without allowing them to dictate your future.

Identity

Reconnecting with yourself beyond your relationship and exploring who you are becoming.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You may be newly separated, in the middle of a divorce or adjusting to life after one. You may be experiencing grief, relief, uncertainty or all three.

This group isn't about rushing to feel better or putting the past behind you. It's about learning to hold the complexity of your experience while beginning to build a future that reflects your needs, values and aspirations.

What to expect

Over eight weeks, you'll meet with the same small group of women in a supportive, confidential setting. Each session combines therapist-led discussion, evidence-informed tools, experiential exercises and opportunities to reflect on your progress.

Between sessions, you'll be encouraged to experiment with small, meaningful actions that support your personal goals.

Values and Direction

Clarifying what matters to you and what you want your life to look like.

Meaningful Action

Turning insight into practical steps, supported by the encouragement and accountability of the group.

  • "Sit. Feast on your life."
