I specialize in attachment patterns (anxious, avoidant, or mixed), relationship anxiety, intimacy and communication challenges, breakups, self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and avoidance-based coping. I also work closely with clients navigating binge eating and emotional eating from an attachment and nervous-system perspective.

My approach is warm, relational, and strengths-based, while also providing structure, clarity, and gentle challenge. I integrate CBT, ACT, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, and somatic concepts to support meaningful and lasting change. Therapy with me is active and intentional—not just talking, but building insight, practicing new skills, and tracking your progress over time.

In addition to my attachment-focused work, I have a strong foundation as a generalist therapist and truly enjoy working with a wide range of clients. The approaches I use—CBT, ACT, IFS-informed parts work, mindfulness, and somatic concepts—are effective for many concerns, including generalized anxiety (GAD), life transitions, depression, grief and loss, and more.
If you’re drawn to my style or approach, please feel free to reach out. We can discuss what you’re looking for and determine together whether we’re a good fit.
